Robin Mladinich, M.S., ACC
Robin is a seasoned leader, coach, and facilitator with more than 20 years experience managing people and programs to advance their potential. Her expertise is in coaching individuals and teams and developing cross-cultural competence. She brings a global perspective having lived and worked abroad.
Robin brings over 20 years experience in higher education most recently as the director of the EMBA program at Georgia State University. She oversaw the operations, marketing, admissions and student services for the nationally ranked program. Her professional highlights include receiving the 2020 PRISM award for excellence in coaching from the International Coaching Federation – Georgia Chapter; establishing and facilitating the Executive MBA leadership curriculum and coaching program; and creating a 12-month Executive Leadership Academy for Women. She also worked at Georgia Tech as the director of the Global Internship Program.
Robin’s clients consist of Fortune 500 companies, small- and medium-sized firms, entrepreneurs, educators and more. She has a track record of success in building strong leaders and teams, leading programs and inspiring others to achieve their full potential. In addition to her academic experience, Robin brings four years experience working in Belfast with the Northern Ireland Peace Process, directing a global program delivered on four continents and developing more than 20 study abroad and work programs around the globe. She is an avid international traveler having been to over 60 countries for work and pleasure.
Robin received her coach training from the Coaches Training Institute and earned the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation. She holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) She is certified in various assessments including: The Leadership Circle Profile (360), EQI 2.0, EQI 360, Hogan and DiSC. Robin holds a masters degree in international business from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Florida State University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations from the University of Georgia. Robin resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
