Keith Edmunds, PCC

Keith is an experienced coach who has worked with all levels of leadership, from C-suite to mid-level managers. He has 15+ years’ experience in operations management and project management working for companies including Equifax, Verizon, Comcast, and T-Mobile.

Throughout his coaching career, Keith has concentrated on goal setting, decision making, performance sustainability, business growth, and managing change and transition. He believes in continued personal development and has championed leaders throughout his career in HR, customer care, training, and leadership development management.

Keith earned his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and received his coach training from  from the University of Texas at Dallas Jindal School of Management, obtaining a graduate certification in Executive and Professional Coaching. He is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaches Federation and has over 3000 hours of coaching experience. He uses a variety of coaching methodologies and has found positive psychology with goal setting and accountability to be particularly effective for his coaching clients.

Keith has managed over 2000 employees throughout his career and supported multimillion-dollar projects and marketing campaigns. He understands the challenges that leaders face in the corporate arena and brings that knowledge and perspective to his coaching clients. His clients include leaders from T-Mobile, Comcast, Rheem, First Data, CARE, United States Government (GSA), as well as multiple companies within the various group partnerships.

Keith is a donor advisor for various non-profits and NGOs in Ghana, Uganda, South Africa, Haiti and the US. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, enjoying music, and spending time at the beach.
