Denise Hall, M.A., PCC
Denise brings over 20 years of experience in organizational and leadership development. She specializes in coaching leaders as they increase their capacity for greater effectiveness and impact. Denise brings a wide range of strengths to her clients based on her extensive corporate experience in organizational and leadership development, coaching skills and expertise in assessment tools.
Denise has extensive corporate experience managing organizational and leadership development functions including: Cbeyond, Harland and Siemens Energy & Automation. She successfully consulted with Fortune 500 companies to coach leaders to engage their workforce in improving the business. Her client experience includes ADP, BellSouth, General Motors, Chrysler, The University of Georgia, Georgia State University and Vanguard.
Denise’s work has been recognized by ASTD’s BEST Award and Training Magazine’s Top 125 award for several years. Denise completed a rigorous coach training program through the Coaches Training Institute and earned her designation as a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC). She is also a member of the International Coach Federation with the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Denise works with a wide range of clients from young professionals to senior executives to help them increase their self-awareness, clarify their goals and make positive change to achieve those goals.
Denise has a Master’s degree in Adult Education from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia. She is a Senior Advisor for the Atlanta Chapter of ASTD. She is certified in a number of assessment tools including the The Leadership Circle, Hogan Leadership Survey, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC and ProSci Change Management. Denise resides in Myrtle Beach, SC with her husband.
