Cyrus Tosun, PCC

Cyrus is an executive coach and leadership development consultant.  He is dedicated to working with leaders at all levels to fully express their passion and potential, especially as they are going through transition. He works to cultivate an environment where leaders can become the best versions of themselves, and ultimately everyone has an opportunity to thrive.

Cyrus is experienced in developing and facilitating a wide array of leadership programs, leveraging assessment tools, customized coaching programs, and workshops that focus on sustained long-term excellence. His clients include senior executives, new managers in transition, and aspiring leaders from Fortune 100 companies, healthcare, technology, and the non-profit sectors. In addition to his focus on coaching and leadership development, Cyrus is a faculty member of New Ventures West, serving as a Mentor Coach for students who are coaches-in-training.

With 25 years of leadership and management experience, Cyrus held senior leadership roles across diverse industries such as Healthcare/Biotechnology, Technology, Financial Services, and Startups. His background includes people leadership, leadership development, program management, and strategy development and execution for Fortune 500 companies with global presence.  He has initiated and led manager assimilation programs for emerging leaders as well as transformational development initiatives for executives and experienced leaders to inspire a thriving workplace culture.

Cyrus holds a bachelors degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and received his coaching training with New Ventures West. He is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  In addition, Cyrus is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, and a certified Enneagram Instructor. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, being in nature, and making connections between cultures and music from around the world.
