Blanca Blaney, PCC

Blanca is a highly regarded executive coach, Global Human Resources professional (GHR) and Organizational Development professional. She is a trusted advisor with over 20 years of human resource experience with various organizations including 7 years with GE. Blanca has a reputation of delivering exceptional results and service to her individual and organizational clients. She offers a wide range of expertise including leadership development, cultural change, diversity initiatives, talent management, succession planning, assessment tools and program evaluation.

Blanca’s passion is supporting senior business leaders and their teams to reach their optimal potential. She is committed to building strong relationships with her clients that foster trust and growth. Her charisma and leadership skills combined with her vast expertise as a certified professional coach and human resources professional forms a unique blend of talent for developing leaders and their teams. She has experience working with a wide range of organizational clients including manufacturing, service, education and non-profit. She has experience designing and delivering workshops, assessing organizational culture, evaluating succession plans and coaching executives. A native of Spain, Blanca has extensive experience working and living in multicultural settings. Her experience as a global HR executive at GE is especially noteworthy. In that capacity, she held various roles as an international strategic business partner supporting Europe, South Korea, India, Mexico and the US. Blanca led several acquisitions in this role and was responsible for the challenging task of the seamless integration of the respective cultures into the organization while ensuring its highest proficiency. Several times, she received GE’s top award for professional excellence, a distinction bestowed upon only to their top executives.

Blanca completed her coach training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Blanca is certified in a number of assessment tools including the Leadership Circle Profile DISC, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and DrawSuccess. She has also completed training in Six Sigma, GE Change Acceleration Project Management, GE’s Advanced Human Resource Development courses. Blanca has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.

When she isn’t working, Blanca enjoys cooking, gardening and travel. She mentors emerging women business through Pathbuilders. She is fluent in Spanish and English and conversational in French.
