She completed a rigorous six-year training program at The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and maintains her certification as a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC). Kathy also completed certification training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and earned certification status as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, the leading standardizing body for coaches around the world. Kathy is certified and has proficiency using a broad range of assessment tools, including Leadership Circle 360 Profile, Hay Group Emotional/Social Competency 360 Inventory (ESCI), MBTI, Hogan, Polarity Management, and Kolb’s Learning Styles, among others.
